简要规则描述：本项目主要涉及对现有污水管道检测排摸修复后，再对严重病害区域基础补强，一般路段铣刨加罩，更换路缘石，增设安全护栏、警示标志、标线、红白杆等。
Brief Specification Description:This project mainly involves the inspection, mapping, and repair of existing sewage pipelines, followed by the reinforcement of foundations in severely damaged areas, milling and covering of general road sections, replacement of curbstones, installation of safety guardrails, warning signs, markings, red and white poles, etc.

（*）符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔*〕*号）第*条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
（*）本项目专门面向中小企业采购；
（*）本项目不接受组成联合体。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works, and possessing a valid safety production license; (*) The project manager proposed by the bidder must have the qualification of a registered construction engineer at or above the second level in the field of municipal public works, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate; (*) Suppliers who comply with Article * of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [*] No. *) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
