（*）项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格；
（*）提交响应文件截止之日前三年内，在政府采购活动中无不良行为记录；
（*）公司资产状况良好，具有履行合同所必需的设备；依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金，具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
